We offer a wide
variety of function venues and styles to choose from, so here at Zorgvliet you
will find exactly what you are looking for. From end of year braai’s and spit
braai's to wonderfully relaxing picnics, baby showers and kitchen teas. For the more formal occasions, we offer
buffets, wine pairings, bowl food and set menus for a dinner and dancing
occasion or a sit down lunch at our exquisite Banhoek and Oakroom venues. And for the adventurous we have a mountain
braai venue with a spectacular view. Zorgvliet has a wood oven restaurant and
provides intimate lunches with their ever changing menu.

The Zorgvliet picnic area is a piece of heaven
fallen from the sky where you can be lost in your dreams, inhale the fresh air
of the Banhoek Valley and bask in the warm sunshine. Just bring a blanket and
pick your spot under the shade of the Oak Trees and let the greenery of the
Zorgvliet picnic area envelope you.
At the Zorgvliet picnic area, you and your family
can enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. The
vineyards all have a different shade of green according to the types of
cultivar. They are a perfect backdrop to the historic white washed Cape Dutch
architecture of Zorgvliet Wine Estate's buildings.
Select the picnic basket of your choice from the
picnic basket menu or put together your own picnic from our deli and experience
a culinary journey that will excite your taste buds. Zorgvliet picnic area is a
resident of the Zorgvliet Wine Estate which produces award winning wines in a
modern cellar equipped with state of the art technology. Choose a Zorgvliet
wine that pairs best with your selected picnic basket.
The Zorgvliet picnic area has ample space for your
kids to run around and play games. Alternatively they can play on the jungle
gym situated next to the Zorgvliet picnic area.
